My name is Jacob Graf and I originated from a small town in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. I graduated from Lincoln High School in 2001 and Ripon College in 2005. In 2003, I married my wonderful wife Lisa. In 2005, Lisa and I had our first child Ella and in 2007, we had our second, Brennan. I work as a Technology Research Analyst at Cellcom and run Graf Technology, a web development company, on the side. We attend Appleton Alliance Church where I play the drums and Lisa works in Discovery Land.

The cleanse went pretty good today, but I think I am going to start weening off the cleanse tomorrow. It’s just getting old now, and expensive. I could keep doing it, because I don’t feel hungry or anything, I am just getting bored with it and judging by the residue that is permanently adhered to the toilet bowl, I think I’ve received the benefit of the ‘flush’!
I will definitely do the cleanse again and probably hike it up to 10 days. But for now, I am done.
what was the final weight loss total? And what is expensive about it?

We have this sweet Kaboom toilet cleaning thing that is supposed to keep things from sticking, but whatever was cleansed from him must have been toxic cuz it hasn't been unstuck yet and I hope JACOB WILL CLEAN THE TOILET TONIGHT!! GROSS!
Expensive in that the maple syrup is like $10 a bottle and that only lasted a few days. I think we had bought at least 20-25 lemons. Actually, I doubt it is as expensive as what he would he eat normally.
What happened to "I will definatly stick this out"???? Come on - YOu can do it!
